Our initial chat, has already happened, but we encourage you to forward us any information that you feel may impact the design or that you are just plain excited about. A cool color combo, an invitation design, a sketch the mother of the groom is adding to the menus ... we love to "see" all the pieces come together. 

Making your wedding cohesive and coordinated is a big deal to us, and if we can help bring in something unique to tie it all together then all the better. 

We probably have a working proposal at this point, just know this is not set in stone. Not only is this flexible, it will most likely change throughout your design process as new information and inspiration comes to light.

At this point it is important to remember that this is just the jumping off point . We can modify all ideas from your quote and adjust some pricing to fit your desires. Once it is established that we both feel we are a good team and on a great path forward, we will  move to contract signing and retainer / payment. 

At that point we begin customizing a bit further through meetings, drawings, photos and the fun starts! 

The design really develops into the final stage … all the puzzle pieces have fallen into place. 

At 30 days out, your design is completed ,and here in the office we place all the floral orders, purchase supplies and custom fabrication begins. At this point our final payment will be due.  Now, your job is done, you can relax and know you are in good hands.

Weddings are an emotional time, we understand that every family, bride and groom wants their day to be absolute perfection, as do we. We understand that inspiration will be found along the way and style may change accordingly, and we encourage this. We always say that weddings are a developing process that does not stop once a contract is signed. We are always available to our clients via phone and email and would never dream of limiting how many times a client can call or revise their details or style. 

By the time of your big day, we are almost as excited as you are! On the day of your wedding, we take care of absolutely everything, from set up to clean up. We arrive extra early and make sure everything is absolutely spectacular by the time you see it. Our team stays until every candle is lit and you have made it down the aisle. We stay through the ceremony and will be there to help, if needed.
